Musicals at Richter's Fairy Tale Theater is now in its thirteenth season of theater for children. Performing on the lovely grounds of Wooster School, parents and their children enjoy a different story each Saturday morning in July. Prior to the show, each child has the opportunity to meet, and receive a special gift from, Mother Goose as well as participate in a craft activity related to that day's performance. Each show is interactive with song and movement, and many of the children in the audience join the actors onstage to become part of the story. With birthday celebrations during intermission, a visit to Fairy Tale theater will undoubtedly be memorable for the whole family.

All performances 11:00 AM; Grounds at Wooster School open at 10:30 AM for craft activity

Directions to Fairy Tale Theater at Wooster School

From Eastbound on RT 84:

Take Exit 1 (Saw Mill Road)

Turn right onto Saw Mill Road and travel 2.3 miles to your first stop sign

Turn left onto George Washington Highway and travel 1.2 miles to your first stop sign

Turn right onto Miry Brook Road and travel .5 miles – see entrance to Wooster on left

 

From Westbound on RT 84:

Bear Left onto Rte. 7 via Exit 3 toward Norwalk.   

Take exit toward Danbury Airport. 

Turn Left onto Sugar Hollow Road, then turn right onto Miry Brook Road. 

At stop sign Miry Brook Road bears to the left and Wooster School is immediately on your right.

 

Northbound on Route 7: (from Ridgefield, Wilton, Westport, Norwalk)

Take the ramp  on the right toward the Danbury Airport. 

At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Miry Brook Road and follow Miry Brook around the back of the Airport. 

At stop sign, Miry Brook Road bears to the left and Wooster School is immediately on your right.
